Article 262 bis 3 3. In accordance with the provisions on participation in an offence set out in the present Code, the person effecting the transfer, the person receiving the child and the accessory to, and instigator of, the offence shall be deemed as participants in any offence which is committed against a child or which occurs during transfer or in the country of destination.
