٢٦ - وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة ٣٠ من التقرير من ادعاءات بتعرض الصحفيين والكتاب للضغط وفرار البعض منهم خارج العراق فهو أمر غير صحيح على اﻹطلاق، وإذا كان البعض قد سافر إلى الخارج فإنه بسبب الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة الناجمة عن الحصار الاقتصادي المفروض على العراق والتي يتجاهلها عن عمد شتويل، فضلا عن أن هؤلاء قد غادروا بلدهم بصورة طبيعية.
