Bearing in mind the work carried out by the secretariat and the CST on traditional and local knowledge, know-how and practices,

(a) Inventories of research, traditional and local technology, knowledge, know-how and practices;

These reports are concerned with a very wide range of traditional and local knowledge, know-how, and practices stemming in many instances from experience handed down from generation to generation in response to the social and local environment.
