At 1830 hours, an enemy Israeli patrol consisting of three Hummer vehicles and about 20 infantry was seen next to the barbed wire strip between the Radar and Birkat al-Naqqar outposts inside the occupied Shab`a farmlands. At 0930 hours two enemy Israeli tanks advanced on the northern half of the occupied town of Ghajar and fired several shells directly at former resistance emplacements on the edge of town (on the northern side inside liberated Lebanese territory). An enemy bulldozer worked on raising earthen berms at the northern and north-eastern edges of the town.
