٣٠ - تدعو جميع الدول والمجتمع الدولي الى تشجيع المشاريع اﻹنمائية المجتمعية المحلية التي تعزز مهارات الناس الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر واعتمادهم على الذات وثقتهم في أنفسهم والتي تسهل مشاركتهم النشطة في جهود القضاء على الفقر؛

13. The theme of World Migratory Bird Day for 2014, " Destination flyways: migratory birds and tourism " , highlighted the links between migratory bird conservation, local community development and wildlife watching tourism around the world.
