This arrangement between competent international organizations applies to the following areas beyond national jurisdiction in the North-East Atlantic:

For that purpose, the meeting agreed that there was a need for a collective arrangement between all the competent authorities, including the Authority, on the management of marine areas beyond national jurisdiction in the North-East Atlantic.
