٢٢ - تنص المادة ٣٢ على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم، أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد اجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.
