Finally, in his 2007 report to the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/4/31), the Special Rapporteur focused on the issues of sale of children's organs and rapid response programmes for abducted and disappeared children, for which he continued to receive late replies to the questionnaire sent for the preparation of the report.
