The report of the Secretary-General on the pattern of conferences, which was submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 67/237 and other relevant mandates, contains information on conference management issues as well as initiatives undertaken by the Secretariat to improve the quality of conference services provided to Member States.

2. The report of the Secretary-General on the pattern of conferences, which was submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 68/251 and other relevant mandates, contains information on conference management issues as well as initiatives undertaken by the Secretariat to improve the quality of conference services provided to Member States.
2 - ويتضمن تقرير الأمين العام عن خطة المؤتمرات، الذي قدم عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 68/251 وغيره من الولايات ذات الصلة، معلومات عن مسائل تتعلق بإدارة المؤتمرات وعن المبادرات التي اتخذتها الأمانة العامة لتحسين نوعية خدمات المؤتمرات التي تقدم إلى الدول الأعضاء.

Requests the Secretary-General to ensure that implementation of the capital master plan will not compromise the quality of conference services provided to Member States and the equal treatment of the language services, which should be provided with equally favourable working conditions and resources, with a view to receiving maximum quality of services;
6 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام كفالة تنفيذ المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر على نحو لا ينال من جودة خدمات المؤتمرات المقدمة للدول الأعضاء والمساواة في المعاملة بين جميع دوائر اللغات، التي يجب أن توفر لها ظروف عمل وموارد ملائمة على قدم المساواة، بهدف تقديم الخدمات بأقصى جودة؛

The present report responds to requests made pursuant to General Assembly resolution 67/237 of 24 December 2012 and other relevant mandates on issues related to conference management, as well as on initiatives undertaken by the Secretariat to improve the quality of conference services provided to Member States.

5. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure that implementation of the capital master plan, including the temporary relocation of conference-servicing staff to the swing space, will not compromise the quality of conference services provided to Member States and the equal treatment of the language services, which should be provided with equally favourable working conditions and resources, with a view to receiving maximum quality of services;
5 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام كفالة تنفيذ المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر بما في ذلك النقل المؤقت لموظفي خدمة المؤتمرات إلى مكان الإيواء المؤقت، وذلك على نحو لا ينال من جودة خدمات المؤتمرات التي تقدم إلى الدول الأعضاء أو من المساواة في المعاملة بين جميع دوائر اللغات، التي يجب أن توفر لها ظروف عمل وموارد ملائمة على قدم المساواة بهدف تقديم الخدمات بأقصى جودة؛

74. The implementation of the capital master plan, including the temporary relocation of conference-servicing staff to temporary facilities, should not compromise the quality of conference services provided to Member States in the six official languages and the equal treatment of the language services, which should be provided with equally favourable working conditions and resources.
74 - وأضاف أن تنفيذ المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر، بما في ذلك نقل موظفي خدمة المؤتمرات إلى مرافق مؤقتة، ينبغي ألا ينال من جودة خدمات المؤتمرات المقدمة إلى الدول الأعضاء بجميع اللغات الرسمية الست ولا من المساواة في معاملة خدمات اللغات، التي ينبغي أن يوفر لها ظروف وموارد عمل مؤاتية على قدم المساواة.

50. Lastly, he appreciated the Department's efforts to ensure that the implementation of the capital master plan did not compromise the quality of conference services provided to Member States and to guarantee the equal treatment of the language services.
50 - وأعرب أخيرا عن تقديره لجهود الإدارة في سبيل ضمان ألا ينطوي تنفيذ المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر على ما ينتقص من جودة خدمات المؤتمرات المقدمة للدول الأعضاء وضمان المساواة في المعاملة بين دوائر اللغات.
