The Committee decided to continue its practice of elaborating and adopting conclusions and recommendations immediately after the consideration of each report submitted by a State party. The conclusions and recommendations would be structured along the following lines: (a) introduction; (b) positive aspects; (c) factors and difficulties impeding the application of the provisions of the Convention; (d) subjects of concern; and (e) recommendations.
