10. Commends the efforts of Member States and humanitarian organizations to provide emergency humanitarian assistance, including to Liberian refugees in neighbouring countries, and calls on all factions in Liberia to cooperate fully in creating the conditions necessary for the delivery of humanitarian assistance to all in need in Liberia;
١٠ - يُشيد بالجهود التي تبذلها الدول اﻷعضاء والمنظمات اﻹنسانية لتوفير المساعدة اﻹنسانية الطارئة، بما في ذلك تقديم المساعدة الى اللاجئين الليبريين في البلدان المجاورة، ويدعو جميع الفصائل في ليبريا الى التعاون التام في تهيئة الظروف اللازمة ﻹيصال المساعدة اﻹنسانية الى جميع المحتاجين في ليبريا؛

11. Calls on the Liberian parties to cooperate fully in the safe delivery of humanitarian assistance to all parts of the country by the most direct routes, in accordance with the Peace Agreement;
١١ - يدعو اﻷطراف الليبرية الى التعاون كاملا في التسليم المأمون للمساعدات الانسانية الى جميع أنحاء البلاد عبر أقصر الطرق طبقا لاتفاق السلم؛

(c) Subparagraph (b) (vii) should read: " Study on the application of the guiding principles of humanitarian assistance to all populations in need, as contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 46/182 (1); "
(ج) الفقرة الفرعية (ب) ' 7` يصبح نصها كما يلي: " دراسة تطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية لتقديم المساعدة الإنسانية لجميع السكان الذين يحتاجونها، كما ورد في مرفق قرار الجمعية العامة 46/ 182(1) "

وأضاف أن الحكومة أكدت مجددا عزمها على تيسير إيصال المساعدة الإنسانية إلى جميع المدنيين داخل الجمهورية العربية السورية.

وإذ يشدد على الحاجة الملحة إلى تيسير وصول المساعدة الإنسانية إلى جميع الأهالي المتضررين في منطقة أبيي،

They must take urgent steps to remove all existing obstacles to the delivery of humanitarian assistance to all affected communities, and, in particular, agree on the terms of reference of the intergovernmental task force on humanitarian assistance for Abyei.
ويجب عليهما اتخاذ خطوات عاجلة لإزالة جميع العقبات القائمة التي تعترض سبيل إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى جميع الجماعات المتضررة، وخاصة الاتفاق على اختصاصات فرقة العمل الحكومية الدولية المعنية بتقديم المساعدة الإنسانية لمنطقة أبيي.

Recognizing the urgent need to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance to all affected communities in the Abyei Area, the two parties agreed to determine, in close coordination with UNISFA and relevant humanitarian agencies of the United Nations, practical modalities for free and unhindered access by humanitarian agencies to all affected communities in the Abyei Area.
واعترافا بالحاجة الماسة لتسهيل إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى جميع المجتمعات المحلية المتضررة في منطقة أبيي، فقد اتفق الطرفان على القيام، بالتنسيق الوثيق مع القوة الأمنية المؤقتة ووكالات الأمم المتحدة الإنسانية ذات الصلة، بتحديد طرائق عملية من أجل وصول الوكالات الإنسانية بحرية ودون عائق إلى جميع المجتمعات المحلية المتضررة في منطقة أبيي.

وأوصي بأن يقوم مجلس اﻷمن من جديد بالضغط على الحكومة ويونيتا لوقف أعمال القتال من اﻵن فصاعدا ومنح التراخيص والضمانات اﻷمنية اللازمة لشحنات المساعدات اﻹنسانية الى جميع الجهات واﻹحجام عن أي عمل يمكن أن يعرض للخطر أمن موظفي اﻹغاثة أو يعطل توزيع المساعدة اﻹنسانية على الشعب اﻷنغولي.
