63- يعتمد الكيان التشغيلي المعين كتابة، استناداً إلى تقريره عن التحقق، شهادة بأن نشاط المشروع قد حقق خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة التخفيضات في انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب المصادر التي تم التحقق منها والتي ما كانت ستحدث في غياب نشاط مشروع آلية التنمية النظيفة.

63- يصادق الكيان التشغيلي المعين كتابة، استنادا إلى تقريره عن التحقق، بأن نشاط المشروع قد حقق خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة التخفيضات في انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب المصادر التي تم التحقق منها والتي ما كانت ستحدث في غياب نشاط مشروع آلية التنمية النظيفة.

63. The designated operational entity shall, based on its verification report, certify in writing that, during the specified time period, the project activity achieved the verified amount of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources of greenhouse gases that would not have occurred in the absence of the CDM project activity.
63- يصادق الكيان التشغيلي المعتمد خطياً، استنادا إلى تقريره عن التحقق، بأن نشاط المشروع قد حقق خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة التخفيضات في انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب المصادر التي تم التحقق منها والتي ما كانت لتحدث لولا نشاط مشروع آلية التنمية النظيفة.

The Parties participating in the CDM project activities must be responsible at all stages and in all aspects for the project activity in which they are participating11. Any costs, risks or liabilities that have not been expressly accepted by the Party not included in Annex I before approval of the CDM project activity shall be assumed to be the responsibility of the participating developed country Party11.
73- ويجب أن تكون الأطراف المشاركة في أنشطة مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة مسؤولة عن نشاط المشاريع التي تشارك فيها في جميع مراحل هذا النشاط وكافة جوانبه(11) وأية تكاليف أو مخاطر أو مسؤوليات تقبلها الدولة الطرف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول صراحة قبل الموافقة على نشاط مشروع آلية التنمية النظيفة تعتبر مسؤولية يتحملها البلد المتقدم الطرف الذي يشارك في النشاط(11).
