I have the honour to transmit herewith the text of the Agreement on Normalization of Relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

2. As far as Prevlaka is concerned, the Yugoslav side is fully observant of article 4 of the Agreement on Normalization of relations between the two countries, which provides that a solution to the disputed question should be found through negotiations.
٢ - وفيما يتعلق ببريفلاكا، فإن الجانب اليوغوسلافي يتقيد تماما بالمادة ٤ من الاتفاق المتعلق بتطبيع العلاقات بين البلدين، الذي ينص على ضرورة إيجاد حل للمسألة المتنازع عليها عن طريق التفاوض.

72. I also welcome the resumption of high-level dialogue between the Governments of the Sudan and Chad and the signing, on 15 January 2010, of the Accord on Normalization of Relations between the Sudan and Chad.

The Federal Government noted that this initiative was completely in contradiction with the signed agreements on Normalization of relations and the need for good-neighbourly relations and stabilization of the situation in the region.
ولاحظت الحكومة الاتحادية أن تلك المبادرة تتناقض تماما مع الاتفاقات الموقﱠعة بشأن تطبيع العلاقات وضرورة إقامة علاقات تقوم على حُسن الجوار وتحقيق استقرار الحالة في المنطقة.

The Government should, furthermore, take the opportunity provided by the recent agreement on Normalization of relations with the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to use the agreement, as it had previously indicated to the Special Rapporteur, that it would, to facilitate the return to Croatia of Serbs with valid claims to Croatian citizenship.
وإلى جانب ذلك ينبغي للحكومة أن تنتهز الفرصة التي يتيحها الاتفاق اﻷخير بشأن تطبيع العلاقات مع جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية باستخدام ذلك الاتفاق لتيسير عودة الصرب الذين يتمتعون بحق قانوني في الحصول على الجنسية الصربية للعودة إلى كرواتيا، وهو اﻷمر الذي لوحت الحكومة للمقررة الخاصة بأنها ستفعله.

Many experts provided information on good practices on Normalization.
29- وقدّم العديد من الخبراء معلومات عن ممارسات جيدة بشأن التطبيع.

4. Urges the parties to abide by their mutual commitments and to implement fully the Agreement on Normalization of Relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia of 23 August 1996;
٤ - يحث الطرفيــن على احترام التزاماتهما المتبادلة وتنفيذ اتفاق تطبيع العلاقات المبرم بين جمهورية كرواتيا وجمهوريــة يوغوسلافيــا الاتحادــة في ٢٣ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٦ تنفيذا كاملا؛

The recent agreement on Normalization of education in Kosovo and Metohija, which was commended internationally, including in Albania, shows that it is possible to resolve any issue through dialogue and by political means.
ويبين الاتفاق الذي أبرم مؤخرا حول تطبيع التعليم في كوسوفو وميتوهيا والذي حظي بالثناء الدولي، بما في ذلك في ألبانيا، أن من الممكن تسوية أية قضية عن طريق الحوار وبالوسائل السياسية.
