1. By decision 11/COP.1 on procedures for the communication of information and review of implementation, the Conference of the Parties:
1- بموجب المقرر 11/م أ-1 المتعلق بإجراءات تبليغ المعلومات واستعراض التنفيذ، قرر مؤتمر الأطراف ما يلي:

The Government should expedite the adoption of the Subdecree on Procedures for Granting Land Concessions for Economic Purposes and the Subdecree on procedures for the Reduction and Specific Exemptions of Land Concessions that Exceed 10,000 Hectares.
76- وينبغي للحكومة أن تُعجل باعتماد المرسوم الفرعي بشأن الإجراءات الخاصة بمنح امتيازات الأراضي لأغراض اقتصادية والمرسوم الفرعي بشأن الإجراءات الخاصة بالحد من امتيازات الأراضـي التي تتجاوز 000 10 هكتار وبشأن منح استثناءات في حالات خاصة.

The Office has advocated for, and will contribute towards, the preparation and prompt adoption of the sub-decree on land concessions for economic purposes (which is being drafted by a working group with the assistance of the Asian Development Bank) and the sub-decree on procedures for the reduction and specific exemption of land concessions that exceed 10,000 hectares.
