Part one of the report of the Secretary-General presented the status of implementation of the projects funded from additional resources provided under General Assembly resolutions 62/235 A for the biennium 2006-2007 and under Assembly resolutions 62/237 A and 62/238 for the biennium 2008-2009 (A/63/335, paras. 3-6).

36. Turning to the specific proposals contained in part one of the report of the Secretary-General, she said that many of the Advisory Committee's recommendations hinged on the outcome of the management review and of the forthcoming report of the Secretary-General on the safety and security policy framework of the United Nations.

298. In the light of the adoption of resolution 2002/28 and decisions 2002/285 to 2002/287, the Council took no action with regard to draft decisions I, II, III and IV contained in part one of the report of the Forum on its first session.47

Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 59/272, the Secretary-General has the honour to transmit for the consideration of the Assembly his comments on part one of the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) on its activities for the period from 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009 and the addendum thereto (A/64/326 (Part I) and Add.1).

10. The resource requirements related to the proposals that fall under the United Nations regular budget for the biennium 2008-2009, the jointly financed security budget of the United Nations Office at Vienna and the budget of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, as submitted under part one of the report of the Secretary-General are summarized in the following table:
