3. Accordingly, the Union of Myanmar has not promulgated any laws or regulations of the kind that are against freedom of trade and international navigation.
3 - وانطلاقاً من هذه الموقف، لم يقم اتحاد ميانمار بسنّ أي قوانين أو أنظمة من هذا النوع تتنافى مع حرية التجارة والملاحة الدولية.

4. In conformity with the above, the Union of Myanmar has not promulgated any laws or regulations of the kind referred to in the preamble to General Assembly resolution 52/10.
٤ - ووفقا لما ورد أعلاه، فإن اتحاد ميانمار لم يصدر أية قوانين أو أنظمة من النوع المشار إليه في ديباجة قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٢/١٠.

4. Holding as it does the above view, the Union of Myanmar has not promulgated any law or regulations of the kind referred to in the preamble to General Assembly resolution 56/9.
4 - وامتثالا للمبادئ الواردة أعلاه، وباعتبار أن ما تقدم ذكره هو ما يراه اتحاد ميانمار، لم يسن الاتحاد أي قوانين أو أنظمة من النوع المشار إليه في ديباجة قرار الجمعية العامة 56/9.

An indication in those laws or regulations of those requirements is useful to ensure that the request for proposals include the information necessary to provide a basis for enabling the project consortia to submit proposals that meet the needs of the awarding authority and that the awarding authority can compare in an objective and fair manner.
فايراد اشارة في تلك القوانين أو اللوائح التنظيمية الى تلك المتطلبات مفيد لضمان احتواء طلب تقديم المقترحات على المعلومات الضرورية لتوفير أساس يمكن اتحادات المشروع من تقديم مقترحات تفي باحتياجات السلطة مانحة الامتياز ، كما يمكّن السلطة مانحة الامتياز من المقارنة بين المقترحات بطريقة موضوعية ومنصفة .
