336- مثلما سبقت الإشارة إليه، فقد عهد رئيس الدولة في مناسبتين إلى رئيس الهيئة العليا لحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية بتشكيل لجنة لتقصّي الحقائق، الأولى في 20 حزيران/ يونيه 1991 إثر ادّعاءات حصول تجاوزات في مجال حقوق الإنسان، والثانية كانت في كانون الثاني/يناير 2003 للتحرّي في خصوص ظروف إقامة الأشخاص المجرّدين من حريتهم داخل السجون.
