In the private sphere we believe that it is important that there be gender balance on boards of private and public corporations alike, and we encourage Governments to enforce such balance and implement at country or regional level appropriate and binding measures to increase the number of women on boards in decision-making positions by 2020.

' ٤ - وضع أو اعتماد معايير وممارسات محاسبية لكفالة علانية المعاملات التجارية الدولية، ولتشجيع الشركات الخاصة والعامة واﻷفراد الذين يباشرون معاملات تجارية دولية على تجنب ومكافحة الفساد والرشوة والممارسات غير المشروعة المتصلة بهما؛

The Committee further encourages the State party to give due consideration to experiences from around the world in the application of, inter alia, the United Nations " Protect, Respect and Remedy " Framework to the operations of private and public corporations, particularly in respect to child rights.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً على إيلاء الاعتبار الواجب للخبرات المكتسبة من مختلف أنحاء العالم في تطبيق أمور منها إطار الأمم المتحدة المعنون " الحماية والاحترام والانتصاف " في أعمال الشركات الخاصة والعامة ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بحقوق الطفل.

' وإذ تدرك الحاجة إلى تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمعايير اﻷخلاقية القويمة من جانب الشركات الخاصة والعامة واﻷفراد لدى مباشرة المعاملات التجارية الدولية، وذلك عن طريق أمور من بينها احترام قوانين وأنظمة البلدان التي تُمارس فيها اﻷنشطة التجارية، وإذ تأخذ في الاعتبار أثر ما يضطلعون به من أنشطة على التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وحماية البيئة،
