٣٦ - وحسب بعض الشهادات، فإن الامتلاك الشخصي ﻵلة طابعة أو آلة تصوير أو لحاسوب شخصي يثير الشبهات.

٠٤- الفقرة )٦٣( من تقرير المقرر الخاص تتحدث عن أن الامتلاك الشخصي ﻵلة طابعة أو آلة تصوير أو لحاسوب شخصي يثير الشبهات وهذا كلام غير دقيق وغير مسؤول ويبعث على الاستغراب، فلا توجد أية صعوبات تتعلق بامتلاك أجهزة التصوير أو الطابعة أو الحاسوب لﻷفراد أو للمؤسسات غير الرسمية، فضلا عن أن القانون أجاز حرية الاستيراد الشخصي للحاسوب.
