2- تشمل التدابير المزمعة في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة التدابير الملائمة لضمان فرض الجزاءات الجنائية على الأشخاص الذين يتعمدون، في ما يتصل بنزاع مسلح وخرقاً لأحكام الاتفاقية وبروتوكولاتها الملحقة، قتل مدنيين أو إصابتهم إصابة خطيرة، ولتقديم هؤلاء الأشخاص أمام القضاء.

5. The arbitral tribunal shall render its decision in accordance with international law and the provisions of this Convention.
