The Committee also recommends that the State party take measures to promote respect for the views of children, especially girls, belonging to minorities and indigenous peoples and facilitate their participation in all matters affecting them.

Furthermore, it is encouraged to continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools, institutions as well as in judicial and administrative proceedings, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention, as a right they are informed of, not merely a possibility.
كما تُشجّع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على الاستمرار في تعزيز وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال وإشراكهم في المسائل التي تمسّهم داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والمؤسسات وفي الإجراءات القضائية والإدارية وفقاً للمادة 12 من الاتفاقية، وإطلاعهم على هذا الأمر باعتباره حقاً وليس مجرد أمر ممكن.

33. The Committee appreciates the efforts made by the State party to promote, facilitate and implement in practice the principle of respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
33- تعرب اللجنة عن تقديرها لما تبذله الدولة الطرف من جهود لتعزيز مبدإ احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع الشؤون التي تمسهم وتيسير إعمال هذا المبدأ وتنفيذه عملياً.

15. What initiatives have been taken by Sweden to guarantee full respect for the views of children with disabilities, in accordance with article 7, paragraph 3, of the Convention, regardless of the need of the child to be assisted in communicating?
