٢ - يكون مقدار معاش العجز مساويا لمقدار المعاش التقاعدي الذي كان سيستحق دفعه لعضو المحكمة المعني لو أنه أتم، وقت تركه الخدمة، الفترة التي انتخب لها، بشرط ألا يقل عن نصف المعاش التقاعدي السنوي.

2. According to the Law " On retirement pension " which has come into force in January 1, 2006, men who have reached the age of 62 with work experience of not less than 5 years, and women who have reached the age of 57 with work experience of not less than 5 years have the right to retire and receive retirement pensions from the Government.
ينص قانون المعاش التقاعدي الذي أصبح ساريا في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006 على أنه يحق للرجل الذي بلغ الثانية والستين وعمل مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات، وللمرأة التي بلغت السابعة والخمسين وعملت مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات التقاعد والحصول على معاش تقاعدي من الدولة.

٢ - يكون مقدار معاش العجز مساويا لمقدار المعاش التقاعدي الذي كان مستحق الدفع للقاضي المعني لو أنه أتم، عند تركه لمنصبه، والفترة التي انتخب لها بشرط ألا يقل عن نصف المعاش التقاعدي السنوي. ١ - عند وفاة القاضي المتزوج، تستحق أرملته معاش ترمل يعادل نصف المعاش الذي كان سيتقاضاه فيما لو استحق معاش عجز عند وفاته.
