The JIU in its report " staff mobility in the United Nations " (JIU/REP/2006/7) referred to the importance of developing, promoting and supporting the right organizational culture for a sound implementation of mobility schemes.

28. The Unit had produced a largely positive report on staff mobility in the United Nations (JIU/REP/2006/7), but the report had been issued after the General Assembly had taken the relevant decisions.
