The Board is invited to adopt the text as the " Technical Cooperation Strategy of UNCTAD”.

The Board, acting on the agreement reached by member States in informal consultations, decided to adopt the text of the Technical Cooperation Strategy of UNCTAD contained in Part A of TD/B/EX(14)/3.
قرر المجلس، بناء على الاتفاق الذي توصلت إليه الدول اﻷعضاء في مشاورات غير رسمية، أن يعتمد نص استراتيجية اﻷونكتاد للتعاون التقني الوارد في الجزء ألف من الوثيقة TD/B/EX(14)/3)٤(.

4. The Plan is intended to implement the Technical Cooperation Strategy of UNCTAD adopted by the Board at its fifteenth executive session in June 1997.
٤- والغرض من الخطة هو تنفيذ استراتيجية اﻷونكتاد للتعاون التقني التي اعتمدها المجلس في دورته التنفيذية الخامسة عشرة في حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧)١(.

5. The Plan is intended to implement the Technical Cooperation Strategy of UNCTAD adopted by the Board at its fifteenth executive session in June 1997.1 In March 1997, at its fourteenth executive session, the board took note of the Technical Cooperation Plan for the period 1997-1999.
