3- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في امكانية منح الحصانة من الملاحقة لأي شخص يقدم عونا كبيرا في عمليات التحقيق أو الملاحقة المتعلقة بجرم مشمول بهذه الاتفاقية، وفقا للمبادىء الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي.

1- تنظر كل دولة طرف في إتاحة إمكانية اللجوء، في الحالات المناسبة، إلى تخفيف عقوبة الشخص المتهم الذي يقدم عونا كبيرا في إجراءات التحقيق أو الملاحقة بشأن جرم مشمول بهذه الاتفاقية.

2. Each State Party shall consider providing for the possibility, in accordance with fundamental principles of its domestic law, of granting immunity from persecution to a person who provides substantial cooperation in the investigation or prosecution of an offence covered by this Convention.
2- تنظر كل دولة طرف في إمكانية منح الحصانة من الملاحقة لأي شخص يقدم عونا كبيرا في عمليات التحقيق أو الملاحقة بشأن جرم مشمول بهذه الاتفاقية، وفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي.
