7- وعلى الفاعل أن يثبت أنه سيتعرض لخطر التعذيب وأن أسباب اعتقاده جوهرية حسبما يصفها، وأن هذا الخطر شخصي ومحدق.

For the above-mentioned reasons, the Committee finds that the author has not provided substantial grounds for believing that he would be in danger of being tortured were he to be returned to Sri Lanka and that such danger is personal and present.
