(a) To continue to examine situations of extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions and to submit her findings on an annual basis, together with conclusions and recommendations, to the Commission, as well as such other reports as the Special Rapporteur deems necessary in order to keep the Commission informed about serious situations of extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions that warrant its immediate attention;

The High Commissioner shall submit his proposed programmes for consideration by the Committee. He shall also submit an annual financial report on the expenditure incurred under his programmes, and such other reports as the Committee may require from time to time.
المادة ٥٣ يقدم المفوض السامي برامجه المقترحة كي تنظر فيها اللجنة، ويقدم أيضاً تقريراً مالياً سنوياً عن النفقات المتكبدة في إطار برامجه، وما قد تحتاج إليه اللجنة من وقت إلى آخر من تقارير أخرى.

Thereafter the States parties shall submit supplementary reports every four years on any new measures taken and such other reports as the Committee may request.
