4. Mr. Tang Houzhi (China) said that during the discussions in the Working Group and the Commission, he had failed to understand why there was such resistance to agreements reached by the parties.
4- السيد تانغ هوتشي (الصين): قال انه خلال المناقشات في إطار الفريق العامل واللجنة أيضا، تعذّر عليه أن يفهم لماذا كان هناك مثل هذه الممانعة بشأن الاتفاقات التي يتوصّل اليها الأطراف.

8. Mr. Tang Houzhi (China) said that, in the view of his delegation, the words " unless otherwise agreed by the parties " were extremely important. It should be possible for parties, having failed to reach a settlement after conciliation, to agree to pursue the process with the same person as arbitrator.
8- السيد تانغ هوتشي (الصين): قال إن وفده يرى أن العبارة " ما لم يتفق الطرفان على حكم مخالف " في غاية الأهمية، إذ ينبغي أن يكون ممكنا للطرفين، لدى عدم توصلهما إلى تسوية بعد التوفيق، الاتفاق على مواصلة العملية مع الشخص نفسه كمحكـّم.

29. Mr. Zanker (Observer for Australia), supported by Mr. Tang Houzhi (China), endorsed the amendments proposed by the delegations of the United States of America and Singapore.
29- السيد زانكر (المراقب عن أستراليا)، يؤيده السيد تانغ هوزي (الصين): أيد التعديلات التي اقترحها وفدا الولايات المتحدة وسنغافورة.

38. Mr. Tang Houzhi (China) said that, according to his recollection, it was the observer for Switzerland who had stated that the examples given in paragraphs 79 and 80 were useful.

11. Mr. Tang Houzhi (China) said he disagreed with the amendments proposed by the United States representative. He preferred to leave the text of A/CN.9/XXXV/CRP.1/Add.7 in the version prepared by the secretariat. In particular, he objected to the proposed deletion of paragraph 12.
11- السيد تانغ هوزي (الصين): قال انه لا يوافق على التعديلات التي اقترحها ممثل الولايات المتحدة، ويفضّل ترك النص الوارد في الوثيقة A/CN.9/XXXV/CRP.1/Add.7 بالصيغة التي أعدتها الأمانة، ويعترض على وجه الخصوص، على حذف الفقرة 12.

12. Mr. Tang Houzhi (China) said that he hoped the secretariat, in drafting the final version, would take into account the flexibility of insolvency proceedings in China, in which the judge could assume responsibility for conciliation proceedings conducted in the court.
12 - السيد تنغ هوزهي (الصين): أعرب عن أمله في أن تراعي الأمانة عند وضعها الصيغة النهائية المرونة في إجراءات الإعسار في الصين التي يمكن أن يضطلع القاضي فيها بالمسؤولية عن إجراءات الإعسار التي تتم في المحكمة.
