2. The Secretary-General may request clarification from the author or authors of a communication as to whether they wish to have the communication submitted to the Committee for consideration under the Optional Protocol.
2 - يجوز للأمين العام أن يستوضح من مقدم أو مقدمي الرسالة ما إذا كان يرغب أو كانوا يرغبون في تقديم الرسالة إلى اللجنة كي تنظر فيها بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.

9. The Secretariat shall be responsible for the distribution of the Committee's final decisions to the author or authors and the State party concerned.
9- تكون الأمانة العامة مسؤولة عن تعميم قرارات اللجنة النهائية على مقدم البلاغ أو مقدميه والدولة الطرف المعنية.

4. the author or authors of a communication or the individuals who are alleged to be the victim or victims of a violation of the rights set forth in the Convention may request that the names and identifying details of the alleged victim or victims (or any of them) not be published.
4- يجوز لمقدم الرسالة أو مقدميها أو للأفراد الذين يُدعى أنهم ضحية أو ضحايا لانتهاك للحقوق المبينة في الاتفاقية طلب عدم نشر لأسماء أو تفاصيل تحدد هوية الشخص المدعى أنه ضحية أو الأشخاص المدعى أنهم ضحايا (أو أي منهم).

5. The Secretary-General shall transmit the views of the Committee, determined by simple majority, together with any recommendations, to the author or authors of the communication and to the State party concerned.
5 - يحيل الأمين العام آراء اللجنة المقررة بالأغلبية البسيطة، مشفوعة بأية توصيات، إلى مقدم الرسالة أو مقدميها وإلى الدولة الطرف المعنية.

7. Subject to paragraphs 5 and 6 of this rule, nothing in this rule shall affect the right of the author or authors or the State party concerned to make public any submissions or information bearing on the proceedings.
7 - رهنا بما تنص عليه الفقرتان 5 و 6 من هذه المادة، لا يوجد في هذه القاعدة ما يمس حق مقدم الرسالة أو مقدميها أو الدولة الطرف المعنية في إذاعة أية بيانات أو معلومات تتعلق بوقائع النظر في الرسالة.

2. A decision of the Committee declaring a communication inadmissible may be reviewed by the Committee upon receipt of a written request submitted by or on behalf of the author or authors of the communication, containing information indicating that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply.
2- يجوز للجنة أن تعيد النظر في قرار اتخذته بعدم مقبولية بلاغ ما، وذلك عند تلقي طلب خطِّي من مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ أو من ينوب عنهم يتضمن معلومات تبين أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة.

The SecretaryGeneral is responsible for the distribution of the final decision to the author or authors and the State party (rule 74 (9)).

7- إذا اعترضت الدولة الطرف المعنية على الأهلية القانونية لصاحب أو أصحاب البلاغ بموجب المادة 12 من الاتفاقية، فعليها أن تقدم تفاصيل عن القوانين وسبل الانتصاف المتاحة للضحية المزعومة أو الضحايا المزعومين في الملابسات المحددة للقضية.
