Further, the WCO Council adopted a declaration on electronic commerce known as the " Baku Declaration " , in 2001 to recognize the potential social and economic impact of electronic commerce on nations, in particular that of developing nations.
كما إن مجلس المنظمة العالمية للجمارك اعتمد في عام 2001 إعلانا بشأن التجارة الإلكترونية يُعرَف باسم " إعلان باكو " ويعترف بالآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المحتملة للتجارة الإلكترونية على الأمم، ولا سيما أثرها على الدول النامية.

In that context, the Ministers welcomed the contributions of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, as reflected in the Baku Declaration on Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development in the Caspian Sea Region and Other Oil Producing and Exporting Countries and the relevant resolutions, and of the League of Arab States.
وفي هذا السياق، رحب الوزراء بمساهمة منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، كما تتجلى في إعلان باكو بشأن كفاءة استخدام الطاقة والتنمية المستدامة في منطقة بحر قزوين وسائر البلدان المنتجة والمصدرة للنفط، والقرارات ذات الصلة وبمساهمة جامعة الدول العربية.

2. Takes note of the Baku Declaration, adopted at the ninth Economic Cooperation Organization summit, held in Baku on 5 May 2006, which provides guidelines to the Organization in areas such as trade, transportation, energy, agriculture, industry, health and the environment;

2. Takes note of the Baku Declaration, issued at the twelfth Economic Cooperation Organization summit meeting of Heads of State and/or Government of the States members of the Economic Cooperation Organization, held on 16 October 2012 in Baku;

Recalling that the Baku Declaration adopted by the 33rd Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers which called upon all OIC Member States to vote in favour of resolutions submitted on behalf of the OIC at international for a, and in particular at the United Nations;

11. Solemnly proclaim the Baku Declaration on Expanding the Role of Women in Cross-Cultural Dialogue to affirm the significant importance of the dialogue to ensure peaceful coexistence in contemporary multicultural societies;
11 - نعلن رسميا أن إعلان باكو المتعلق بتوسيع نطاق دور المرأة في الحوار الشامل للثقافات إنما يؤكد الأهمية الحيوية للحوار بشأن ضمان التعايش السلمي في المجتمعات المعاصرة المتعددة الثقافات؛

The authors also refer to an article published in an international journal on the subject, where reference is made to the Baku Declaration on Tuberculosis, which issues a warning to governments and health authorities to take action to tackle the problem of tuberculosis in prisons.
كما يشير صاحبا البلاغ إلى مقال نُشر في إحدى الصحف الدولية بشأن الموضوع، حيث أشير إلى إعلان باكو بشأن التدرن، الذي يوجه تحذيراً للحكومات والسلطات الصحية لاتخاذ إجراءات ترمي إلى معالجة مشكلة التدرن في السجون.

In that regard, she expressed support for regional transit transport initiatives involving landlocked countries, such as the Baku Declaration on the Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia Programme (TRACECA).

The Council signed the Baku Declaration, entitled " GUAM: Bringing Continents Together " , at the summit of the GUAM Organization for Democracy and Economic Development, where it reaffirmed the shared interests and approaches of the member States and their desire to establish a common space for integration and security in the GUAM region.
