101. the Centre for Human Rights in Cambodia is carrying out the largest human rights technical cooperation programme currently under way.
١٠١- ويقوم مركز حقوق اﻹنسان في كمبوديا بتنفيذ أضخم برنامج للتعاون التقني يجري حالياً في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان.

9. The focus of the Special Representative's activities is to encourage and assist in implementing the programme of activities elaborated by the Office of the Centre for Human Rights in Cambodia.

16. Most of the activities to be implemented by the Centre for Human Rights in Cambodia are to be financed from voluntary contributions to the Trust Fund for a Human Rights Education Programme in Cambodia.
