The present report provides additional clarification in relation to the questions raised by the Advisory Committee in its report, as well as to concerns raised by the Assembly during its consideration of the matter at the fifty-second regular session.

105. At the 52nd meeting, on 25 July, the Council adopted draft decision 38, entitled " Organization of the work of the fifty-second regular session " , recommended by the Commission on Human Rights (E/1995/23, chap. I, sect. B).

In the first line of paragraph 5 the word " resolution " should be changed to " resolutions " and in paragraphs 10, 11, 13 and 14, the word " regular " should be inserted before the word " session " , since the Committee wished to receive the reports requested in the draft resolution during the fifty-second regular session for consideration during that session.
وفي السطر الثاني من الفقرة ٥، ينبغي تغيير كلمة " قرار " إلى كلمة " قرارات " ، وفي الفقرات ١٠ و ١١ و ١٣ و ١٤، ينبغي إضافة كلمة " العادية " قبل كلمة " دورتها " ، إذ أن اللجنة تود استلام التقارير المطلوبة في مشروع القرار أثناء الدورة العادية الثانية والخمسين للنظر فيها خلال تلك الدورة.
