(a) Senior Humanitarian Affairs Officer/Head of the Humanitarian Affairs Unit: at the P-5 level, the proposed position will be mainly responsible for managing the Humanitarian Affairs Unit at headquarters in Kabul and in the regional offices, providing focus for the management of humanitarian issues within UNAMA and high-quality advice to the Humanitarian Coordinator and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General.
