Furthermore, the issues related to the murder of Christian pastors and the bombing of religious shrines, for which you have received separate information in the letters dated 4 October 1994, have also been included in this reply.

7. At the 3698th meeting, held on 27 September 1996 in response to the request contained in the letters dated 26 September 1996 from the representatives of Saudi Arabia (S/1996/790) and Egypt (S/1996/792) to the President of the Security Council, the Security Council included the following item in its agenda without objection:

The letters, dated from 29 September 2000 (A/55/432-S/2000/921) to 6 August 2004 (A/ES-10/276-S/2004/630), constitute a basic record of the crimes committed by the Israeli occupying forces against the Palestinian people since September 2000.
