وفي اليوم نفسه، دخلت طائرة عسكرية تركية من طراز G/S منطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران، قادمةً من منطقة أنقرة لمعلومات الطيران، منتهكة ًبذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، فحلـّقت فوق منطقة كارباسيا المحتلة قبل أن تغادر في اتجاه الجنوب الشرقي، ثم عادت بعد ذلك إلى منطقة أنقرة لمعلومات الطيران.

(b) the Cougar Turkish military aircraft took off from the illegal airport of Krini, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the occupied area of Karpasia, before returning to the same airport;
(ب) أقلعت الطائرة العسكرية التركية من طراز كوغار من مطار كريني غير الشرعي، منتهكة بذلك الأنظمة الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، حيث حلقت فوق منطقة كارباسيا المحتلة قبل أن تعود إلى نفس المطار؛

(a) The G/S Turkish military aircraft coming from the FIR of Ankara entered the FIR of Nicosia, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the occupied area of Karpasia before exiting in a south-easterly direction, from where it later returned to the FIR of Ankara;
