The Committee also raised with regard to several States parties the insufficient attention given to the obligation, under article 27 (4) of the Convention, to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to secure the recovery of maintenance for the child from the parents - a problem that often affects in particular children growing up in female-headed households.
كما أثارت اللجنة مسألة عدم توجيه عدة دول أطراف الاهتمام الكافي للالتزام، بموجب المادة 27(4) من الاتفاقية، بأن تكفل هذه الدول اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة لضمان تحصيل نفقة الطفل من الأبوين - خاصة وأنها مشكلة أثرت كثيرا على تنشئة الأطفال في الأسر المعيشية التي تديرها أنثى.
