CEDAW urged Kyrgyzstan to, inter alia, produce a comprehensive study on the dynamics of trafficking, aimed at the enhancing the understanding of the phenomenon and its dimensions, to prevent its development, and ensure that victims benefit from adequate protection in practice, and prosecute and punish those responsible.

30. The Committee urges the State party to produce a comprehensive study on the dynamics of trafficking, aiming at the understanding of the phenomenon and its dimensions, in order to allow the State party to better understand the causes and the methods used by traffickers, to prevent its development, and to ensure that victims benefit from adequate protection in practice, and to prosecute and punish those responsible.
