1. The International Olive Council, acting through its Council of Members, shall take the necessary steps for the organization of refresher and training courses at various levels for technical experts in the olive sector, particularly those from developing Members.
1- يتخذ المجلس الدولي للزيتون، من خلال مجلس الأعضاء، الخطوات اللازمة لتنظيم دورات لتجديد المعارف ودورات تدريبية على مختلف المستويات للخبراء في تقنيات قطاع الزيتون، ولا سيما خبراء البلدان

1. Any State may accede to this Agreement upon conditions established by the International Olive Council, acting through its Council of Members, which shall include a number of participation shares and a time-limit for the deposit of the instruments of accession.
1- يجوز لأي حكومة أن تنضم إلى هذا الاتفاق بالشروط التي يحددها المجلس الدولي للزيتون، من خلال مجلس الأعضاء، وهي تتضمن عدداً من حصص المشاركة ومهلة لإيداع صكوك الانضمام.

1. This Agreement shall remain in force until 31 December 2012 unless the International Olive Council, acting through its Council of Members, decides to prolong it, extend it, renew it or terminate it in advance in accordance with the provisions of this article.
1- يظل هذا الاتفاق سارياً حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012 ما لم يقرر المجلس الدولي للزيتون، من خلال مجلس الأعضاء، أو تمديده أو توسيعه أو تجديده أو إنهاءه قبل ذلك وفقاً لأحكام هذه المادة.

4. The International Olive Council, acting through its Council of Members, may at any time decide to terminate this Agreement with effect from such date as it may determine.

1. In order to achieve the general objectives set forth in article 1 concerning technical cooperation with regard to olives and olive products, the International Olive Council, acting through its Council of Members, shall conceive, promote and elaborate programmes of activities relating thereto.
1- تحقيقا للأهداف العامة المذكورة في المادة 1 الخاصة بالتعاون التقني فيما يتعلق بالزيتون ومنتجات الزيتون، يكلَّف المجلس الدولي للزيتون، من خلال مجلس الأعضاء، بتصميم برامج التدخل ذات الصلة وإعدادها والترويج لها.

1. In order to achieve the general objectives set forth in article 1 concerning technical cooperation with regard to olives and olive products, the International Olive Council, acting through its Council of Members, shall conceive, promote and elaborate programmes of activities relating thereto.
1- تحقيقا للأهداف العامة المذكورة في المادة 1 الخاصة بالتعاون التقني فيما يتعلق بالزيتون ومنتجات الزيتون، يكلَّف المجلس الدولي للزيتون، من خلال مجلس الأعضاء، بتصميم برامج الأنشطة ذات الصلة وإعدادها والترويج لها.

1- يتخذ المجلس الدولي للزيتون، من خلال مجلس الأعضاء، الخطوات اللازمة لتنظيم دورات لتجديد المعارف ودورات تدريبية على مستويات مختلفة للخبراء في تقنيات قطاع الزيتون، ولا سيما الخبراء التقنيين من البلدان الأعضاء النامية.
