In this connection, the Working Group decided to discuss matters related to international cooperation in criminal matters that would form an essential part of an international legally binding instrument.

٣١ - تكرر دعوتها الى الدول اﻷعضاء بأن تمد اﻷمين العام بنسخ من قوانينها المختصة وبمعلومات بشأن الممارسات المتصلة بالتعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية ولا سيما بتسليم المجرمين ، وكذا بمعلومات مستكملة عن السلطات المركزية التي عينت لمعالجة الطلبات ؛

She reported on anti-corruption action taken by her Government, including the adoption of a new Constitution that placed high emphasis on the matter, the adoption and implementation of new anti-corruption legislation, the creation of dedicated institutions and the Government's full commitment to international cooperation in criminal matters.

74. With regard to international cooperation in criminal matters pertaining to corruption, in Mongolia, for example, training on drafting mutual legal assistance requests was delivered to practitioners and follow-up advice was provided on specific issues in that regard.
74- وفيما يتعلق بالتعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بالفساد، تمَّ في منغوليا مثلاً تقديم التدريب على صوغ طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادَلة للممارسين وقُدِّمت المشورة لمتابعة مسائل محدَّدة في هذا الصَّدد.

Norway does not have a specific statutory law regulating MLA in criminal matters but applies provisions in the Extradition Act, the Court Administration Act and the Regulations relating to international cooperation in criminal matters, which came into force on 1 January 2013.

Challenges with regard to international cooperation in criminal matters needed to be addressed and solved. Those challenges included the lack of clarity about the competent central authority, the absence of a photographic archive of the stolen property in some countries, the lack of proper coordination at the national level, the lack of harmonized laws and procedures and the lack of political will to assist a requesting State.
40- من الضروري التصدي للتحديات المواجهة فيما يتعلق بالتعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية والتغلب على هذه التحديات، التي تشمل انعدام الوضوح بشأن السلطة المركزية المختصة، وعدم وجود أرشيف بالصور الفوتوغرافية للممتلكات المسروقة في بعض البلدان، والافتقار إلى التنسيق الصحيح على المستوى الوطني، وعدم وجود قوانين وإجراءات منسقة، وانعدام الإرادة السياسية اللازمة لمساعدة أي دولة تطلبها.
