This fund shall receive contributions pursuant to paragraphs 12 (b) and (c) that have been earmarked to support the participation of representatives of developing countries and countries with economies in transition in meetings of the Conference of the Parties and its subsidiary bodies.

10. 10- وفقاً للقواعد المالية لمؤتمر الأطراف، أنشئ صندوق خاص لدعم مشاركة ممثلي البلدان الأطراف النامية، ولا سيما أقل البلدان نمواً المتأثرة بالتصحر و/أو الجفاف، وبخاصة الواقعة في أفريقيا، في دورات مؤتمر الأطراف وهيئاته الفرعية.

20. In accordance with the financial rules of the COP, a special fund was established to support the participation of representatives of developing, and in particular least developed, country Parties affected by desertification and/or drought, particularly those in Africa, in the sessions of the COP and its subsidiary bodies.
20- وفقاً للقواعد المالية لمؤتمر الأطراف، أنشئ صندوق خاص لدعم مشاركة ممثلي البلدان الأطراف النامية، ولا سيما أقل البلدان نمواً المتأثرة بالتصحر و/أو الجفاف، وبخاصة الواقعة في أفريقيا، في دورات مؤتمر الأطراف وهيئاته الفرعية.

In this regard, the secretariat of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) draws resources to support the participation of representatives from CSOs from the Supplementary Fund, in accordance with the financial rules of procedure of the COP.
2- وفي هذا الصدد، تستمد أمانة اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر (الاتفاقية) الموارد اللازمة لدعم مشاركة ممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني من الصندوق التكميلي(4)، وفقاً للقواعد المالية لمؤتمر الأطراف.

15- يحث الجهات المانحة الدولية والثنائية، علاوة على القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات المالية والمؤسسات الخيرية والقادرين من الجهات المانحة الأخرى، على دعم الاستعدادات الوطنية والإقليمية والعالمية لمؤتمر الموئل الثالث من خلال المساهمات الطوعية في الصندوق الاستئماني ودعم مشاركة ممثلي البلدان النامية في اجتماعات اللجنة التحضرية وفي المؤتمر ذاته؛

Urges international and bilateral donors, and also the private sector, financial institutions, foundations and other donors, to support the national, regional and global preparations for the Conference through voluntary contributions to the trust fund and to support the participation of representatives of developing countries to meetings of the Preparatory Committee and to the Conference itself;
15- يحث الجهات المانحة الدولية والثنائية، علاوة على القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات المالية والمؤسسات الخيرية والقادرين من الجهات المانحة الأخرى، على دعم الاستعدادات الوطنية والإقليمية والعالمية لمؤتمر الموئل الثالث من خلال المساهمات الطوعية في الصندوق الاستئماني ودعم مشاركة ممثلي البلدان النامية في اجتماعات اللجنة التحضرية وفي المؤتمر ذاته؛

Perhaps the resources released by the termination of the work of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources for Development could be used to support the participation of representatives of developing countries in the regional preparatory activities of the Commission.

Likewise, in accordance with paragraph 10 of the Financial Rules, a special fund to support the participation of representatives of eligible States Parties affected by desertification and/or drought in the sessions of the Conference of the Parties and its subsidiary bodies (the Special Fund) was established by the Secretary-General of the United Nations and is managed by the Executive Secretary of the UNCCD.
2- وبالمثل قام الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، عملاً بالفقرة 10 من القواعد المالية بإنشاء صندوق خاص يديره الأمين التنفيذي لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر من أجل دعم مشاركة ممثلي الدول الأطراف المؤهلة التي تعاني من التصحر و/أو الجفاف في دورات مؤتمر الأطراف وهيئاته الفرعية (الصندوق الخاص).

17. Invites donor countries to support the participation of representatives of the developing countries in the second and future sessions of the World Urban Forum;
17 - تدعو البلدان المانحة إلى دعم مشاركة ممثلي البلدان النامية في الدورة الثانية والدورات المقبلة للمنتدى الحضري العالمي؛

The Special Fund shall receive contributions pursuant to subparagraphs 12(b)and(c), earmarked to support the participation of representatives of developing country Parties affected by desertification and/or drought, particularly the least developed among them, in the sessions of the Conference of the Parties and its subsidiary bodies.
ويتلقى هذا الصندوق ما يقدم، عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين ٢١ )ب( و)ج(، من المساهمات المخصصة لدعم اشتراك ممثلي البلدان النامية اﻷطراف المتضررة من جراء التصحر و/أو الجفاف، وبخاصة أقل هذه البلدان نموا، في دورات مؤتمر اﻷطراف وهيئاته الفرعية.
