The Office of the Prosecutor has continued with its dual roles of investigating violations of international humanitarian law and of prosecuting cases of such violations in court.
وواصل مكتب المدعية العامة أداءه لدوره المزدوج المتمثل في التحقيق في انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي ومباشرة الادعاء في قضايا هذه الانتهاكات في المحكمة.

The resolutions furthermore condemned in the strongest possible terms all violations of international humanitarian law and of human rights in the territory of the former Yugoslavia and demanded that all concerned comply fully with their obligations in this regard.
كما أدان هذان القراران بأشد لهجة ممكنة جميع انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي وحقوق اﻹنسان في أراضي يوغوسلافيا السابقة، وطلبا أن يمتثل المعنيون جميعا امتثالا كاملا لالتزاماتهم في هذا الشأن.

Stressing the need to end impunity in the CAR and to bring to justice perpetrators of violations of international humanitarian law and of abuses and violations of human rights, and in this regard underlining the need to bolster national accountability mechanisms,
وإذ يؤكد ضرورة وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى ومثول مرتكبي انتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني والاعتداءات والانتهاكات التي تمس حقوق الإنسان أمام القضاء، وإذ يؤكد في هذا الصدد ضرورة النهوض بآليات المساءلة الوطنية،

“1. Condemns in the strongest possible terms all violations of international humanitarian law and of human rights in the territory of the former Yugoslavia, and demands that all concerned comply fully with their obligations in this regard;
" ١ - يدين بأشد العبارات الممكنة جميع انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي وانتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة، ويطالب بامتثال جميع اﻷطراف المعنية امتثالا تاما لالتزاماتها في هذا الصدد؛

1. Condemns in the strongest possible terms all violations of international humanitarian law and of human rights in the territory of the former Yugoslavia and demands that all concerned comply fully with their obligations in this regard;
١ - يدين بأشد العبارات الممكنة جميع انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي وانتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة، ويطالب بامتثال جميع اﻷطراف المعنية امتثالا تاما لالتزاماتها في هذا الصدد؛

6. Reaffirms its demand that the Government of the Republic of Croatia take urgent measures to put an end to violations of international humanitarian law and of human rights, and investigate all reports of such violations so that those responsible in respect of such acts be judged and punished;
٦ - يؤكد من جديد مطالبته بأن تتخذ حكومة جمهورية كرواتيا تدابير عاجلة ﻹنهاء انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي وحقوق الانسان، وأن تحقق في جميع التقارير التي تفيد بوقوع انتهاكات من هذا القبيل، بهدف محاكمة المسؤولين عن ارتكاب تلك الانتهاكات ومعاقبتهم؛

100. Nevertheless, the Commission of Experts remains disturbed by ongoing violence committed by some RPF soldiers and recommends that investigation of violations of international humanitarian law and of human rights law attributed to the Rwandese Patriotic Front be continued by the Prosecutor for the International Tribunal for Rwanda.

Given the multitude and frequency of violations of international humanitarian law and of the multilateral conventions on terrorism and narcotics covered by draft article 20 (e), the question of what constitutes " the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole " is central to determining which crimes in fact fall within the ambit of the court's jurisdiction.
ونظرا لتعدد وتواتر انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي والاتفاقيات المتعددة اﻷطراف المتعلقة باﻹرهاب والمخدرات التي يشملها مشروع المادة ٢٠ )ﻫ( فإن مسألة تحديد " أشد الجرائم خطورة التي تهم المجتمع الدولي ككل " مسألة محورية في تحديد الجرائم التي تدخل، في الواقع، ضمن نطاق اختصاص المحكمة.

Strongly condemns all violations of international humanitarian law and of human rights in the territory of the former Yugoslavia and demands that all concerned comply fully with their obligations in this regard and reiterates that all those who commit violations of international humanitarian law will be held individually responsible in respect of such acts;
١ - يدين بقوة كافة انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي وانتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان التي ارتكبت فــي إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة ويطالب جميع اﻷطراف المعنية بالامتثال التام لالتزاماتها في هذا الصدد وإذ يؤكد من جديد أن جميع مَن يقومون بارتكاب انتهاكات للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي سوف يتحملون المسؤولية فرادى عن هذه اﻷفعال؛
