111. Tunisian law guarantees the protection of children with disabilities from all forms of violence and neglect. The Penal Code, articles 212, 212 bis and 213, punish by imprisonment the following acts:
111- يكفل القانون التونسي حماية الطفل العاجز من جميع أشكال العنف والإهمال بمقتضى الفصول 212 و212 مكرر و213 من المجلة الجنائية التي تعاقب بالسجن كل من:

Children are protected against all forms of violence and neglect by Sudanese legislative acts, including the Criminal Code of 1991, chapter XIV of which protects children against cruel treatment and harm and guarantees their health care.
والتشريعات السودانية تحمي الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف والإهمال ومنها القانون الجنائي لسنة 1991 (الباب الرابع عشر) الذي يحمي الطفل من المعاملة القاسية والإيذاء ويضمن لـه الرعاية الصحية.

This entails safeguarding a sustainable future in which children will be able to grow up healthy, well-nourished, resilient, well-educated, culturally sensitive and protected from violence and neglect. "

وبخصوص البرامج والأنشطة بشأن توعية الأمهات والآباء حول أساليب تربية ورعاية الأطفال، أعدّت المؤسّسة القطرية لحماية الطفل والمرأة الدليل الاسترشادي لكيفية اكتشاف الإساءة (العنف والإهمال) الواقع على الأطفال والنساء.

In its concluding observations on the report by Austria, the Committee on the Rights of the Child expressed concern about the lack of measures to enable children with disabilities to report violence and neglect in institutions, including migration holding centres (CRC/C/AUT/CO/3-4, paras. 35 - 36).
