In the circumstances, the Committee concludes that the authors have failed to sufficiently substantiate this particular claim, for purposes of admissibility, and this part of the communication is inadmissible under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.
ومن هذا المنطلق، تخلص اللجنة إلى أن صاحبي البلاغ أخفقا في إثبات هذا الادعاء بشكل كافٍ لأغراض المقبولية، وبالتالي فإن هذا الجزء من البلاغ غير مقبول بموجب المادة 2 من البروتوكول الاختياري.

6.2 With regard to the alleged violation of article 9, paragraph 2, the Committee takes note of the authors' claim that they were not informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for their arrest.
6-2 ففيما يتعلق بالادعاء بانتهاك الفقرة 2 من المادة 9، لاحظت اللجنة أن صاحبي البلاغ يشتكيان من عدم إبلاغهما بالأسباب الحقيقية لاعتقالهما حال وقوع هذا الاعتقال.
