6. The Registrar shall fix the salary scales for staff members in the General Service and related categories, normally on the basis of the best prevailing conditions of employment in the locality of the Tribunal, provided that the Registrar may, where he or she deems it appropriate, establish rules and salary limits for payment of a non-resident allowance to General Service staff members recruited from outside the local area.
٦ - يحدد المسجل جدول مرتبات الموظفين في فئة الخدمات العامة والفئات ذات الصلة، وذلك عادة على أساس أفضل شروط التوظيف السائدة في المكان الذي توجد فيه المحكمة، على أنه يجوز للمسجل، إن رأى ذلك مناسبا، أن يضع قواعد تتيح دفع بدل اغتراب لموظفي فئة الخدمات العامة المعينين من خارج المنطقة المحلية، وأن يقرر الحدود القصوى للمرتبات التي يسمح معها بالحصول على هذا البدل.
