12. Accordingly, it is proposed that special arrangements with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations similar to those contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 52/240 of 26 June 1998 be applied to the Military Observer Group, as follows:

3 - وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الأمانة العامة راعت، عند إعداد جدول المؤتمرات المنقح لعام 2005، الترتيبات الواردة في القرار 58/250 بشأن يوم الجمعة العظيمة للطوائف الأرثوذكسية، والعطلتين الرسميتين لعيدي الفطر والأضحى.

2. The arrangements set out below have been formulated on the basis of the following:

23. Council members will be aware that the operation in Iraq is a highly complex and complicated undertaking in the light of the arrangements set out in resolution 986 (1995).

٣٤ - يوافق على الترتيبات الواردة في تقرير اﻷمين العام عن سحب قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية وعناصر المقر من قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للسلام، بما في ذلك ترتيبات القيادة والسيطرة لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية، بعد نقل السلطة منها إلى قوة التنفيذ المتعددة الجنسيات؛

35. I therefore recommend that the Security Council approve the arrangements set out in the present report and authorize the deployment of UNCRO to implement them.
