547- وتطالب اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتكثيف جهودها من أجل ضمان عودة العائدين إلى مواطنهم الأصلية بصورة مستدامة عن طريق ضمان تمتعهم على قدم المساواة بالحقوق التي يمنحهم إياها العهد، لا سيما في مجالات الحماية الاجتماعية والرعاية الصحية والتعليم.
