My delegation welcomes the latest report of the Secretary-General on cooperation between the United Nations and OSCE, which proves how extensive and fruitful cooperation can be between the United Nations and a regional organization.
ويرحب وفدي بآخر تقرير لﻷمين العام عن التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا، الذي يظهر مدى اتساع وجدوى التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة وإحدى المنظمات اﻹقليمية.

His delegation welcomed the Scientific Committee’s latest report and endorsed its efforts to put greater emphasis on the assessment of the combined effects of radiation and other agents as well as the assessment of radiation-induced cancer and hereditary effects.
وقد رحب وفده بآخر تقرير للجنة العلمية وأيد جهودها للتشديد بصورة أكبر على تقييم اﻵثار المزدوجة لﻹشعاع والعوامل اﻷخرى باﻹضافة إلى تقييم أمراض السرطان الناجم عن اﻹشعاع واﻷمراض الوراثية.

Takes note with appreciation of the latest report submitted by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on the situation of human rights in Cambodia (E/CN.4/1995/87 and Add.1), and endorses his recommendations and conclusions, including those aimed at ensuring the independence of the judiciary and the establishment of the rule of law, good governance and freedom of expression;
٤- تحيط علماً مع التقدير بآخر تقرير قدمه الممثل الخاص لﻷمين العام بشأن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في كمبوديا E/CN.4/1995/87 وAdd.1، وتؤيد توصياته واستنتاجاته، بما فيها تلك التي تهدف إلى ضمان استقلال القضاء وإرساء حكم القانون وسلامة الحكم وحرية التعبير؛
