109. With regard to the alternative care for orphans and other vulnerable children, the Committee recommends that the State party:

The Committee is also concerned at the inadequate provision in legislation and practice for alternative care for children deprived of a proper family environment.
ويقلق اللجنة أيضا عدم وجود أحكام كافية في التشريعات وفي الممارسة فيما يتعلق بالرعاية البديلة لﻷطفال المحرومين من البيئة اﻷسرية المناسبة.

5. Existence of policies on alternative care in line with international standards/good practices
5- وجود سياسات تعني بالرعاية البديلة وتتماشي مع المعايير/ الممارسات الجيدة الدولية.

Disaggregated information should be provided on the children concerned by all such measures, including by gender, age, national, social or ethnic origin, language, religion, and by the nature of the measure of alternative care applied.
وينبغي أن تقدّم معلومات مفصلة فيما يتعلق بالأطفال الذين تهمهم جميع هذه التدابير، مبيّنة بحسب نوع الجنس والعمر والأصل القومي أو الاجتماعي أو الإثني، واللغة والدين، وبحسب طبيعة الإجراء المطبّق المتصل بالرعاية البديلة.
