In view of the foregoing, I should like, on behalf of the delegation of Madagascar, to express our deep appreciation to all of those agencies that have been working for Malagasy children and to appeal to them to ensure that priority should always be accorded to children in all human development programmes.
وفي ضوء ما تقدم، أود، بالنيابة عن وفد مدغشقر، أن أعرب عن عميق تقديرنا لكل تلك الوكالات التي ظلت تعمل من أجل أطفال مدغشقر، وأن أناشدها ضمان إيلاء الأولوية دائما للأطفال في برامج التنمية البشرية.

I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the delegation of Guyana to extend our congratulations to the Award recipients and to lend our voice and commitment to the goal of the early realization of all human rights for the entire global community.
