Delegations believed that it was imperative that the implementation of the capital master plan should not compromise the quality of the conference services provided to Member States and the equal treatment of the language services, which should be provided with equally favourable working conditions and resources with a view to achieving maximum quality of their services, including during their temporary relocation to a swing space.
